君の名は

I am a super careless woman.
I easily forget something.
People will say I never pay attention to everything.

I am not.

I am just having a disorganised storage inside my brain.
And I am sorry for that.

Last week,
My husband took me to a movie: 君の名は (Your Name). At the day before, he told me that the movie would begin at 10 am or 1 pm. As a woman who doesn't like to be in a hurry, I chose 1 pm.

The next day morning, I asked him again about the schedule. He said 1.10 pm then he went to the lab first and was home for lunch then we went together. I was ready at around 12, but he was home at around 12.30. It was so weird because the movie would begin shortly but he went home late. "Maybe the movie is next to our apartment," I thought. But then he told me that the movie would start at 13.20.

What?

But that's OK. Maybe it was his trick so I could be ready on time.

Then he said, "We take the train on 13.15."

Eh? Was that movie that closes to our apartment?

I thought that way without realising that he would never take the train if the distance was only 5 minutes away and the next possible station was more than 5 minutes. Anyway, he decided, I would only follow his decision.

It turns out we went to the 6th station (Umenomoto).
And he chose to walk. And I was like #*%()@)#??tHemOviEwiLLbe91nsHortlyMan!??%$??

Anyway, this is the snippet of our trip:

Then we went home because it was already 1.30 pm and went again to watch the movie at 3.40 pm.
See? I am not really that careless :p


君の名は
It is an anime. Honestly, I didn't understand the movie because I can't understand Japanese.
But from what I saw, for me, it was an absurd movie, about switching body with several 17+ clips. The storyline is a little bit weird. They switched their bodies, but they did not freak out about it. The plot is back and forth. The mission is clear but the adventure is not exciting. Fortunately, it has a happy ending even though (spoiler alert!!) I didn't understand why the dead could be alive again. I hope that I missed this important plot so the happy ending makes sense.

However, the animation is suuuuuuuuuuper breath-taking. Here are some examples:

Selfish-me

All my plans for my future aren't going well. And I hate it very much.

Every time I make a choice, none of them seems right. Instead, people will call me "bingungan", "ga tau maunya apa", "plin-plan", etc.

I herewith declare that I 100% know what I want.

But, the universe always works against me.
And I hate it when people think that I am selfish and ambitious. Because, somehow, I know how to get my life back and it makes me sad, really sad.

I can't always have everything that I want, right? *rolling-eyes*

I think, I will remain silent.

On my way being a polyglot

My mind is split into three language-material studies:

1. Die Deutsche Sprache and their masculine, feminine, and neutral things, as well as the nominative, accusative, dative, and genitive. It drives me insane, because I know the key to understand the latter case is to understand the gender first which is totally makes me insane. 
2. Nihongo des. Got the key, but it is hard to memorise. 
3. ひらがなとカタカナ. I can write faster using hiragana, but it needs year to read them. The same case with Javanese characters, the hanacaraka. Oh yes, I can write in Javanese characters, so don't worry, I will not forget the Indonesian culture just because I learn how to write in Japanese. 
4. How to keep my English, at least, as well as before. 

So, at this moment:

1. I am obviously a professional user of Bahasa Indonesia. Ah, no, I am a native speaker and I know how to use the prefix "di-" and "pun" very well and the meaning of "penyintas".
2. I know the ngoko  language  (the "rude" one) of Javanese language, I know a bit about the krama inggil one (the "smoother" one). And I know how to write in Javanese characters, and read it.
3. I can read Arabic characters very well (in a not rhythmic way), but have a very limited clue about the meaning of each words.
4. Got a TOEFL ITP score of 563 and TOEFL iBT of 87.
5. I understand a little when I read German words and I can make some simple sentences in Deutsch.
6. I know how to read (poor) and write (better) Japanese characters, and am able to make simple sentences. Watashi wa sushi wo tabemashita. Oishiikatta des!

My husband will be home late, he texted me at 6:59 PM:

Aku baru selesai 30 menit lagi.

I said, "OK."

It was already 7:53 PM, and he wasn't home.
Then I texted him,
